Submitting our material as original work is solely at the discretion of the student, and we do not bear any responsibility in such cases.

GENERAL REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the highly customized nature of our academic services, refunds are not applicable once an order is confirmed. However, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer free replacements under specific conditions.

Custom Work

All assignments, project reports, proposals, and synopses are made-to-order and tailored individually. As such, once work begins:

  • Cancellations are not permitted.

  • Refunds will not be issued for any reason including change of mind, lack of interest, or personal circumstances.

  • We have a replacement policy in place for genuine quality-related issues, subject to approval by our team. However, requests based on personal preferences—such as disliking , page design, or other subjective reasons—will not be considered valid for replacement.

E-Books / PDFs

  • All PDFs and e-books delivered via WhatsApp, email, or our website are non-refundable non- Transferable and non-cancellable.

  • The content is prepared by independent subject matter experts, and while we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% correctness. The materials are to be used for reference and learning support only.

  • Special request orders may take 2 to 78 hours for delivery. No refunds will be provided in case of self-preparation or alternative purchases due to delays.

Hardcopy Deliveries

  • If an assignment or project contains physical defects or quality issues, we offer a free replacement after the defective product is returned to us and verified.

  • No refunds will be granted for:

    • Delays caused by courier companies (e.g., strikes, weather, operational issues).

    • Order cancellations made due to personal reasons or minor dissatisfaction Change in Address, Returning of the Courrier.

    • Mistaken Returns unless reshipping charges of ₹250 are paid.

BEHAVIOUR POLICY – CLAUSE 1

We uphold a respectful and professional environment for both our clients and staff. Any misconduct, including abusive language, manipulation, threats, or repeated disturbance, will result in:

  • Immediate order cancellation without any refund.

  • Permanent termination of the client relationship.

PDF & DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY – CLAUSE 2

  • PDFs and eBooks are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances for digital products once delivered or processed.

  • Students are advised to remain patient for special orders, as delivery timelines may vary.

PHYSICAL PRODUCT POLICY – CLAUSE 3

  • Products like handmade assignments or printed projects are customized per student requirements and thus are not eligible for refunds.

  • If unsatisfied with the quality, you may return the item for a free replacement, subject to quality verification.

  • In case of courier delays or returns, no refunds will be provided. Resending will be done upon payment of additional charges if applicable.

PROJECT / SYNOPSIS / DISSERTATION WORK – CLAUSE 4

  • These services involve extensive research and are strictly non-refundable once initiated.

  • Revisions will be provided free of charge in case of institutional rejection, upon submission of the rejection letter.

  • Topic changes after work has begun will be treated as a new order and will incur additional charges.

  • The company is not liable for project rejection due to the student’s performance, communication issues with guides, or personal shortcomings.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our materials.

  • While we strive to ensure the highest quality, no work is guaranteed to be perfect, and student interaction with their guide/institution remains their own responsibility.

GOVERNING LAW

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi, India only.

FINAL STATEMENT

All services provided by IGNOU Galaxy are fully customized and tailored to individual students. Hence, we do not offer any refunds under normal circumstances. However, we are committed to quality and satisfaction, and in genuine cases, a replacement will be offered.
